Pecar Scope Repair [Archive]

I am looking for an address, In the US, to send my German Pecar scope for repairs. Can any one help me?

Unless things have changed the last two years or so Pecar does not have a U.S. connection or service facility that I know of. That leaves sending the scope to them in Germany.

What is wrong with the scope?

It went through the 1993 flood in Missouri and now has water spots on the inside of the lens

Unless someone can come up with a competent reliable specialist in this country that definately sounds like a factory job.

Yes I think the only way to fix it is at the factory ,but I don't have the address

It might take a few days - but somewhere I have a catalog they sent me a couple of years back. I'll have a dig around for it and pass on the info to you.
