What kind of red dot is that? Will it take the recoil?

Well if Bin Laden & Co and/or the local biker gang ever arrive at your door it sure will beat offering them a cup of coffee and a muffin greeting.:)

It look's real cool. How well does the knox magazine kit work? I was thinking of buying that kit but I was not sure how reliable and durable it was. Oh how do you like the drum mag.

Since this is a topic on the Mossberg 500, I wanted to ask if $234 was a good price on it. The gun shows in my area suck and this $234 price is a sale at the big 5 sporting goods store in my area. This is my first intended shotgun purchase so I'm not to familiar with prices. It's brand new too.

Nice mods by the way, but brighter pictures would help. You could probably just edit the ones you have and make them lighter.

Looks good... Here's mine. All I added was the side holder, fore-end pistol grip, and sling.

Looks nice

I bought a wooden stock one for a friend here in the UK cost me £50 or about $100 and it's only 3 month old:eek:

Needs adjusting as when you throw the rack forward it dont lock with a cartridge in but when it's empty it will:confused:

I need to strip it down and take a look at it. Should be fun:D

Just stripped a Remmington model 11 today ready to get it electroplated:)

Just hope i can remember where all the springs and screws go;)

justsurvivingincalifornia, the Knoxx mod works good, the only problem is i bought a few traditions snap caps and they will not feed. I am guessing it has to do with the lenght of the snap caps and the tube spring not having enough tension to push it out. I cycled a few 2 3/4 and 3 mag empty hulls and i use them as snap caps for the time being. i only have 3 6rd mags as I find the 10 rd drums kina bulky :barf:

the Juggernaut, thats a good price esp. if it a new one. I bout mine originaly at a gun show for $200 used.

Dave, SHOOTS GREAT love the stock and pump

Proven, Yes i can access the safetlywith no problem, this was my main concern as far as this mod went. Calvery Arms sells an AR stock adapter similar to this and theres includes a new saftey that is wider then the standard one:

The only problem is they dont sell this seperatly yet, they might in the future and mabey then I can purchase one, just for the same reason people buy extended safteys for pistols
