I am definately liking the 1911. The new grips are sweet too. They clean it up well. Who made them?

Nice guns and nice photography!
Your nice photos make me jealous! Despite being a shutterbug of many years I've still yet to perfect my gun photos. Something to work on during the weekends when it's too darn hot to go outside. I've been meaning to build a home made light tent, maybe I'll pick up the parts I need this weekend.

Nice pics - nice shootin' irons! :)
Oh and yeah, those grip panels do look real sweet.
I am going to spread the pics apart a bit for you - they look better IMO - next time just add a couple of returns between code for each.

Gorgeous photos. I remember seeing the SA at 1911forum on the main "1911 pics" thread. That S&W snubby is a looker also. Which model is that?
btw, welcome to THR. :)

Those are sweet pics. Here's my family tree - I wish the photos were going to be as nice as those. But I am not a pic taker, just a shooter.

Thanks for the warm welcome :)
The grips are from woodgrips.com. Sweet deal for only $41 shipped. I LOVE 'em!
The Snubnose is a S&W Model 60 (W/Lock :( )
I do pay plenty of attention to them, the 1911 probably has 1000-1500 rounds through her, the snubby, maybe 600 or so, and the XD, well A LOT! I do clean after almost every range session.
1/2 Cop, nice heaters! I love the Champion, the Ruger, and the Taurus especially.
P95, thanks for the tip! :) You're right they do look better.
3rdpig, believe it or not, the only lighting I used was a ceiling lamp and a floor lamp. The camera is a 7.2MP Casion Exilim EX-Z750.
Now the only question is what to buy next... A 9MM perhaps? I miss cheap shootin! Maybe a 9mm barrel for the XD.
Thanks and take care

Nice XD. I'm in love with my XD-45 Tactical, and I've been thinking the .40S&W Service may be my next handgun purchase.
It'll be awhile though. Got a few long guns I need to find first.

Nice pics. Beautiful 1911. What kind of camera are you using?
Halfacop, what are the grips on the Ruger?

Those have to be the most beautiful grips I've ever seen. Where'd you get them?
