The morons in the state are at it again,AMMO TAX!
Heres the question,could indians sell ammo on the reservation
without the tax?I think they sell cigs.
Hey heres another one...I guess you could own an ar-15
on the reservation too.:D
Anybody know?

Good question. If its a sales tax, I'd say yes, the reservation is exempt. Of course, I'm no expert, especially not on California laws.

Yeah, Reservations are more or less sovereign ground.
It would be cool to see the IPs start sellin ammo :evil:

Mail Order is your friend. Can't charge tax on out of state purchases, long as they don't operate in CA.
I buy most my ammo from Ammoman.com anyhow. However,
the local gunshop (martin b retting) occasionally gets in
cases of Fiocchi 115 or 124gr for under $150 a case. Great
stuff.
