What frame letter?

I have a stainless 686 SW in a 357. It has a full lug underneath the barrel approximatly six inches. What would the frame letter be? (L,N, K ect.) Thanks.

L-Frame, I believe

Yes, the Smith & Wesson model 686 is a L frame.
