If anyone has a Sierra manual I am interested in .223 load data for the Sierra 69 grain MatchKing using H322 powder. H322 is one of 4 powders I have on hand for .223 use. I have data for the others but not H322. The load is for a 700 LTR with a 1 in 9" barrel. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Not from the Sierra manual, but from hodgdon.com instead.
H322 23.0gr 2962fps 51,200 CUP

You may be able to increase your max a tenth of a grain or two since you're loading 69gr SMK.

As always, start low and work your way up to a suitable load.

Thank you for the replies! H322 was my main powder in my old 14" TC barrel with 52,53 grain bullets - excellent results. Got away from it when I went to a 26" barrel 700 VLS and started using 748.

Now I have the 20" 700 LTR and used some H322 yesterday with good results on the 52,53 grain bullets. Thought of trying some H322 loads with the heavier 69 MKs.

Again - many thanks!
