Lowest flash .45 ACP JHP for short barrel?

Having just gotten a Taurus MilPro PT745 that needs to go to the range yet, I've been shopping about for ammo.
Because it IS so short, I'd rather have as little of a fireball popping in my face as is possible with that round.
What, in people's experience, is the brand with the lowest flash propellant now? For both practice ammo and for defense hollowpoints?

I can't speak for low-flash ammunition, but I've run a few different kinds of ammo through my pt145, and I don't think that muzzle flash is going to be that big of an an issue for you, so I'd just shoot whatever you'd think is most effective.
(Disclaimer: I usually shoot a .357 snubby) :)

I carry Double Tap or Ranger in my Taurus PT145. Neither has shown any noticable fireball at my indoor range. I believe both makes use flash suppressant powder. I like the DT 185gr and the Ranger 230gr standard pressure, though some say you need to go to a +P in the 230gr to get enough velocity for expansion out of the short barrel like the PT145 and PT745 have. I avoid the issue (as I believe Taurus recommends against +P) by carrying with the Double Taps.

Remington Golden Sabers also use a flash suppressant powder.

I use the Corbon 160gr DPX in my PT145.

If you get the Ranger T-Series it will work pretty much the same in a full size handgun or a sub compact. T-Series was designed to work in a larger "window" of velocities so barrel size is of no concern.

Golden Sabers are VERY low flash. I can make them even less flashy reloading AA#2, Hogden Universal or any of the Ramshot pistol powders..
Any flash in the dark will get to you however..
