There's been a lot of nail-biting in Washington as to whether we should have a parade to honor the return of our troops. Some politicians (possibly even GW) are concerned that the event could be misconstrued by those in the Middle East.

Horsehockey. We had a parade after the first Gulf War, and these men and women have arguably been through a much tougher time.
