I live near them. I have not purchased anything from them. I did have questions that they were more than happy to answer by both email & phone. They were ok with walk-in and FTF purchases as well. When I'm looking to purchase a firearm, I usually look there to see how much they are going for. They do seem to have decent pricing and a wide selection as well.
