CZ Warranty

Heard a lot of good things about the CZ P01. Before I order one I have a question about their warranty. I see that they HAVE a 5 year warranty, but do they actually HONOR it? Got burned once this way, with a Seecamp, just want to avoid the same mistake again. Anyone have any experience with CZ's warranty? Thanks.
Kevin

I have had two instances of warranty service with CZ, both on a CZ527 (rifle).
- I was getting light primer strikes with certain ammo. Emailed the support address, had a new striker spring within ten days, no questions asked besides serial number and address.
- The extractor broke off of the bolt. Called it in, shipped them the original bolt. They had another one turned around in about a week. New bolt works fine.
It can be hard to reach them on their service line, but once you do they are courteous and efficient, IMO.

CZ does have a warranty and they do honor it.
I used it once with the CZ-75 I have now.
On the good side they installed a lanyard ring on my pistol for free.
On the bad side it took them a bloody long time to do it.
But if you have a problem they will fix it.
