Well there was some talk the other day about Blazer braa ammo. so i did a few shot groups at the range today and thought i would let you guys know what i found.

The pistol is a Ruger KP95DC (9mm). I am by no means great with it yet still getting used to it. I was using Blazer brass and American eagle both 115gr FMJ. Both loads did really well in rapid fire drills at 10 meters, double tap drills and triple tap raking upward drills. on all the CQB drills it placed the rds right inside the 5 zone of the military e-type shilloute. i was pleased so i then went to the bench rest.

The groups:

American Eagle @10 meters from the bench
Group 1 10rds 2"
Group 2 5 rds 1 1/2"

Blazer brass @10 meters from the bench
Group1 5rds 1 3/4"
Group2 5rds 1 3/4"

Now i know that that isn't great accuracy by no means but fro CQB drills and practice I think the blaser brass is just fine. I still have to get used to the ruger trigger and such as well.It ain't the xd that is for sure! I had zero problems or malfuntions of any kind, and after 400rds now it has went bang everytime. I am happy. I still need to work on the 25 meter line.

I've found Blazer Brass to consistently be the most accurate ammo in all of my 9mm's.

I've used blazer brass 9mm as range
ammo with no problems. It seems to
be a bit more accurate than WWB and
no quite as dirty as UMC.With that
said i really don't have a favorite
among those, just give me some ammo
so i can get to the range.
