Like atblis I buy almost all of my 9mm from academy and I haven't found any cheaper.

i bought 500rds of american eagle, and 500rds of blazer brass not to long ago from Natchezss.com for $117 shipped, wwb is another idea but the reason i buy online is because wal-mart never has enough boxes one here and one there, but buying from online i get it in bulk and i am stocked up on it, plus i don't have to deal with the sporting goods depatment people, most are ok but the ones at my wal-mart up the road are the rudiest i have ever seen.

Local police supply store here (Pgh) sells 1000rnds of American Eagle FMJ 9mm for $126 out the door. Right now seems to be the cheapest in town, even if it's a bit of a drive to pick it up, I normally wait till I need a few cases then go to pick them up.

Blazer Brass is $5.97 at Wally World here for a box of 50. So for 20 boxes, that'd be a total of $119.40, no sales tax in NH. :D

Remmington UMC $53.80/case X 2 = $107.60 at Dick's when on sale. I've never seen any cheaper in the Wash. D.C. area. That's even cheaper than Walmart bulk WWB or Blazer.

Natchez CCI 115gr FMJ in aluminum shells costs me about $ 125 (delivery included). No Academy in my area. CCI is very clean and reliable. I've shot well over 2,000 rounds by now.
