M1 Garand - Zero at 25 YDS

Going to the range tomorrow and it's been a while since I shot the Garand. Gonna re-zero and do it at 25 yards.
If I zero my garand at 25 yards with NATO 7.62X51 147 gr FMJ (you purists can start gagging now :barf: ) at 100 yards where will the bullets hit(?) (I think about 1.25" high). Where will they hit at 200 yards (I'm thinking back on the bull).

Do it the same as for the M14.
I don't remember the values, though. Sorry. The Army target was for meters, not yards, so you'd have to come down from that. THEN, the Army "1,000-inch" sight-in target was for something like a 250- or 350-meter zero.
Again, can't remember.
If it's a 250-meter zero, come down another 2 clicks (full MOA) to be on at 100. If 350, come down about 5...?
I've left you enough clues for you to search a bit and find the wisdom you seek.

Assuming you can't zero this for 100 and 200 yards instead of 25, I'd just chrono your ammo in the rifle and use JBM to give the point of impact based on your muzzle velocity, bullet data, and the 25 yard zero.

If you zero at 25, it should be pretty close at 200.

Bottom out the rear sight and raise it between 8 and 12 clicks. This should get you pretty close to zero. Once you get it zeroed at 25, loosen the elevation drum and position the pointer at the line between 200 and 400. Retighten, and turn the sight drum up and down the full length of movement to make sure it isn't slipping. This is close enough for government work.
