I bought the 9mm conversion for my XD-40 recently after hearing how well people liked them and how well they performed. I got mine in the mail today. And well to put it mildly, I am less than satisfied. First, it seems like the chamber is very tight. I actually had my dummy round get stuck, and the chamber wasn't even closed. So, I figured it was just dirty from the machining and I cleaned the barrel. That's when I saw the rifling. It looked like it was machined with a rasp. There's definate tool marks all the way down the barrel on the high portions of the rifling.

I would love to hear any opinions or comments from people who have one of these barrels. I'm calling EFK first thing Monday morning and talking with their customer support.
