I see that Rossi has a new single shot package out. Package includes a 50cal black powder barrel, 270WSM barrel and a 17 rimfire barrel all for MRP of $350. any body have one of these packages? Im a big fan of Rossi revolvers. Are their rifles any good?

My brother bought one of the Matched Pairs to use to teach his kids to shoot/hunt with. .22lr, .243, and (maybe) a 20 gauge. Nice, petite little thing. Seems sturdy enough. He reports to me that it's nice enough with .243 but that the 20 gauge is a little rough after awhile because it's a youth model stock and he's a big guy. Seems to me like he bought it for significantly less that the $350 you quoted...something like $220 IIRC.

Hey, Thanks for the info. I believe this 50cal, 270WSM and 17HMR is the latest offering from Rossi. I cant wait to try this package out.:)
