I do. I have a 2.5x intermediate eye relief scope on a mount that replaces the rear sight. Read here for more info. (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=128465)

You can even get Monte Carlo-style stocks for them if the K31 military stock is too heavy for hunting for you. Just do a Google search for "K31 monte carlo stock".

I use Graf and Sons' 7.5 SPBT loads. (http://www.grafs.com/ammo/234)

Hawgs are allergic something fierce to them. ;)

FWIW, The K31 uses a .308 bore. So if you reload or want to start all the various bullets for the .308 cal and 30-06 will work for the K31 too:) . Only hard part is getting ahold of 7.5*55 cases. I got lucky and scored a couple of bags from Graf's awhile back. Haven't got a chance to take a hog with it yet but I feel the 165 gr Hornady SST's will do something fierce to the critters.

You could always get some Wolf Gold or Privi Partizan 7.5x55. Shoot it once for plinking fun, and keep the brass for reloading. I'm guessing both brands cost the same for cartridges as Graf's brass alone...about 45 cents/round. They're easy to find too.

I believe these are the exact same rounds. AIMsurplus currently has a better price for the Prvi than I can find anywhere for the Wolf. Seems to be the best way to get brass at the moment.

Yep, Prvi makes Graf's brass, good stuff. No, I can get just the brass much cheaper than buying the fully loaded ammo. That C&R license is worth every penny!:)

I used 4064 powder and 165 Serria SP. This load will shoot one inch at 50 meters. I have old eyes so I do not shoot at longer ranges with iron sights. You will have to work up the load with current data. I do not reveal my powder quantities in my handloads........chris3
