Or i should say "standard capacity" mags for the gun in question.
Anyway...
In Maryland, a person cannot BUY a mag with capacity over 20-rds. Ok.
But you can OWN them, and USE them- if you have them. OK.
Now, what about buying a useless magazine: say a 47-round flat pie magazine for a Czech DP LMG in 7.62x54R from World War I?
That gun is nowhere to be found, not even in rebuilt semiauto mode. So the magazine, which is WAAAYYY pre-ban at over 50 years old, cannot be inserted into anything that will make it function.
So can a MD resident buy one? over the internet, say?
thx,
