Is there anyone out there with any wxperience with either of these guns? especially the DAO versions? Please tell me about it. All the important stuff (reliability, durability, size comparison with other guns...)

Larry and I are going to be reviewing the FNP soon. Will let you know then.
They look like pretty decent handguns with all the popular features... but nothing that really makes them stand out as anything special. But who knows... maybe they are, and maybe I will be surprised when I fire it.

Own the Browning Pro in both .40S&W and 9mm. The two guns are identical except the 9mm has a much better trigger. The Pro-40 trigger feels a bit griddy. Other than that, the guns are well balanced, fit well in the hand, are easy to shoot & operate and so far, have been accurate and reliable.

I know a guy who owns alot of pistols and his Pro-9 is is favorite 9mm.

I can't stand the grip on the thing myself, but everyone is different.
