LDA "bites"...does anyone make an extended grip safety?

I have a Para Carry LDA (love the trigger!). The only issue I'm having is that the abbreviated grip safety bites my hand. Does anyone make an extended beavertail grip safety for the small LDAs?
Thanks in advance!

Does Para have one direct from factory? Or maybe someplace like Brownell's?

If I remember correctly Brownell 's is para replacement parts store. and Factory will send you their. Sell it now and go buy a Colt or a Springfield and enjoy a real trigger and a real 1911

That last post was unneccessary... If I had posted "What should I trade my Para Carry for", then your advice would be warranted.
I like my SA GI, and I tolerate my Colt 70 series, but I didn't ask about either of those. To tell the truth, I like my steel frame Para LTC better than either my SA or Colt...which I why I purchased the Para Carry, and if you haven't tried the trigger on an LDA, you at least owe it to yourself to experience it. Its not for everyone, but it is, by far, the most consistent trigger I have ever had on anything, short of a S&W Custom shop job that cost more than I will ever admit to my wife!

I have a C7.45 LDA that has the factory extended beavertail grip safety. Works out nice, never been bit. Anyone that has ever shot mine loves it. Some diehard 1911 people just won't accept anything but the traditional trigger. IMO they don't know what they're missing.

Brownells is a good place to get these. Para factory beavertails for the LDA models hold the best chance of being drop ins. I've heard of others (i.e., Wilson's) that can be fitted but there is some extra fitting involved with the LDA guns. I'm not completely sure what model it is you have but this one might do it:
www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/store/ProductDetail.aspx?p=20358&title=GRIP+SAFETY%2c+BEAVERTAIL%2c+SS
or possibly this one:

Para seems to switch back and forth between numerical designations and naming their models. I have a Tac-Four and CCW. Nice guns, both of them. Wouldn't hesitate to carry either one. Haven't had any problems with getting bitten, but then again I haven't had them out much.

Far 46 I have tried trigger its long and you must be becareful to make sure you let it reset or .... How can than in any way compair to a 4lb SA trigger on a Colt or Springer. Their is no way to compair the 2 You can't beat a SA trigger period. I owned one Para and their will be no more. Only thing about LDA is you don't walk around scareing people with a locked and cocked pistol. You give up a good trigger for a long trigger and more parts to break. No thanks.
