Has anyone tried the VersaMax II with an XD-9?

I absolutely love my VM II with my 1911 and am strongly considering ordering one for my new XD-9. But, the XD-9 is a bit thicker and I am wondering if it will conceal well. Should I just go OWB instead or is the difference in thickness no big deal?

Anyone doing this now? Opinions?

If you are worried about the XD being to big to conceal in an

IWB why would you concider an OWB?

If it can be concealed IWB then the Sparks VM II will do it! I

haven't seen a better holster.

Steve, it's really just a matter of apparel. With IWB, I could get away with just a sweatshirt or untucked shirt. If IWB works. With OWB, I'm looking at a vest or jacket or such. Actually, I am wondering how much of an adjustment IWB would be with this pistol. With my 1911, it's about two belt notches. Not bad. If this was much more, I am looking at different belts, pants, etc. So, I guess the question really is not CAN you do it, but what kind of accommodations have to be made.

BTW, I agree with your opinion of the Versa Max 2!
