I have twice placed orders with these guys and have yet to receive anything. The last order was placed April 22nd, and nothing yet, except an email saying it will be shipped in 1 - 5 days.
Anyone else with experience with F&M?

Yes, I did.

Ordered some shell plates, dies and Loadmaster toolheads.

All items were drop shipped from Lee... so I doubt that they have much of an inventory on hand.

Items showed up within a week... other than automated billing e-mails nothing else came.

Worst I've dealt with is Hi-techammo.com they suck. Cheap prices, crappy, nay, NONESITANT customer service.

Years ago I bought stuff from F&M and they were very good. Just two weeks ago I ordered a bullet mold one afternoon and it was here the next afternoon.

I've had No problems with F & M over a number of years. Call and talk to Frank if you have no luck by email. Best-o-Luck

I ordered stuff before had the same thing as you .
Eventually it will come .
One time I ordered it took over a month .
I really wanted a mould but had ordered some targets for
like $2 . Finally I called they said targets were backordered and
they were waiting for them to come in . Didn't really care
about them just added them on .
The 2 or 3 times I ordered from them it took forever .

sorry to hear you have probs with F&M. i have not used them for several years, since i got into Hornady. when i did order from F&M their service was prompt and correct. i have recommended them to ppl interested in Lee products because of their service and prices.

i always ordered by phone with my debit card. the person i spoke with (ii like talking to a human) certainly knew the Lee products and i always learned something.

very sorry to hear they have seemingly gone down hill, but, as said, i have no recent order to relate to this thread.
