Just wondering what you guys thought of the SA tigger pull of the walther p99 and sig p266. Which one is lighter, better feel, etc. Already know the DA is long...

The P99 definitely has a shorter reset.

Subjectively, I'd go w/ the P99 ;)

My P226 has a better trigger than my P99.

But, I think you will find that that P99 is the shorter of the two or maybe smoother.
Asking which pistol is better in SA would depend on the individual pistol.
Given ten sets of one of each, P99/226, they may all differ due to use/wear and, the shooter in respect to how they actually pull the trigger.
In my limited experience with the SIG but ,extensive with the Walther, I would say the Walther P99 SA, generally, is better.
Both are fine pistols. ;)
The P99 will beat ANY DA/SA pistol as far as trigger reset goes.

If you like the P99, try the P99QA, it is basically a standard P99 with only a single action trigger pull. I played with one the other day at the local shop and was rather impressed with it.
