[No Praise, No Blame]

Is $199 a little much for a local gun shop to be asking for a CZ 52? I noticed one yesterday; the price seemed steep, so I passed. I've seen them for sale on line much cheaper, but not recently. A quick look on Gunbroker shows a few around that price. Has the market shifted prices for these things that much recently? Or should I hold out for a better deal? Thanks.
