Apparently, in addition to making the tres cool Unica 6 autorevolver, Mateba also makes a line of 1911-style pistols.

Just checked their list prices on their wedsite.
Those Italians are REALLY PROUD of their work.
Price at 1300 to 2000 US dollars.
Beautiful pistols all the same.

Hmmm. Prices are not bad for a pistol that competes with US made pistols in the 1300 to 2000 US dollars range.
