WesternField MODEL SB-312D

I just got a WesternField MODEL SB-312D and is says below it Montgomery Ward & Co. I was just wondering what this might be worth and it it is and OK gun to use for trap and skeet shooting and or phesant. Please let me know any information you might have on this gun.
