870 barrels interchangeable with other rem shotguns?

I'd like to get another shotgun, a semi-auto. I'd like it to be Remington as well. Will an 11-87 or 1100s barrel's be interchangeable with an 870? This is actually more important to me than getting a semi-auto. So if not, looks like I'm going to have to settle for another 870. Oh darn:rolleyes:

No, 870 barrels fit 870's. Totally different.

H, as usual, nailed it. The only shotguns 870 barrels are gonna fit are 870s and their spinoffs, like the Model 58 and Sportsman.

Grit your teeth, bite the bullet, and get another 870. Be strong....
