I was playing Splinter Cell the other day & it got me to thinking. Is there such a thing as a 5.72mm pistol? Just wondering?

Was it a Chinese weapon? I was reading something about the new Chinese do it all round thats in development. Here's some info on their bullpup rifle in 5.8 mm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QBZ-95#Variants.

I'm not that much of a gamer, and I'm really not much on Tom Clancy, but doesn't Sam Fischer use the FN 5.7mm 'FiveseveN'?

I think this is right, since I also recall his character using the FN P90, boasting how both weapons use the same ammo....
