In the past I carried my pager on my right rear side on my belt, now I carry it on my left rear side so that I can put my right handed iwb holster where I use to carry my pager. I use to carry my spare change in my right front pocket, but now I try to not carry any change, or put the change in any available odd pocket because I might be carrying a S&W 642 in my right front pocket in a pocket holster.

What did you have to change for a conceal carry?

virtually the same adjustment for me:

pager was always in front of left hip - crossdraw
gun in IWB behind rt hip (strong side carry)
moved change to left pocket so S&W goes in right front, moved wallet to left rear - to keep right hand free to draw gun and so as not to flash when withdrawing my wallet

Nothing changed positions when I started carrying. I never carried anything on my belt before I started putting my pistol there. Pistol is on my strong side, so I put my extra mag in my left pocket to help balance the weight. No changes, just additions. Of course, I always wear cargo pants, so I have plenty of space for stuff.

Had to move wallet right to left rear pocket.

Muzzle of Gummint model hit it in IWB and pushed the gun up a bit when sitting down..

Horizontal Mag carrier on my belt on the left side for balance..

Didn't even change pants size to accomodate 45 Auto in IWB holster..

Similar changes here. I generally carry IWB on my right side, and carry a spare magazine in my front left pocket (I just can't find a belt magazine holder that I find comfortable). So, nothing else goes in that front left pocket now.

When travelling lighter, I have a S&W 340PD in my front right pocket, so things get shifted accordingly.

I find I spend more time searching for pants with extra pockets now. :)

Those Mobile Dockers are great, but I wish companies would make more blue jeans with additional pockets!

My pager went in the trash can one Friday afternoon at a TGI Fridays bar a couple of years ago and I never replaced it. Best thing I ever did. I changed to a smaller knife when I carry in a front pocket.

Yep, sure did. I feel like Batman sometimes now. Had to go from R to L with wallet, switched sides with batman knife, added belt tool pouch thing, mags, nextell. Batman central.

Sure wish they'd standardize the beltloop placement on pants.

Wallet to left rear....money clip to left front...a pro told me to keep my gun hand free when reaching for money....especially if someone is making you hand it over...

My leatherman went from 6o'clock to 8o'clock, carried horozontally.

the biggest change was that I had to buy new pants, as well as 'adjust' some others.... any of you IWB guys run into this? Carrying adds a little over an inch, when I use a holster it gets thicker. so I buy 34 instead of 32.

Yep .... much same. I have at last changed wallet over to left rear .... getting used to that now despite having resisted the change for a long time! Leatherman went from 3 o'clock to now 9 o'clock .... and OWB paddle is 4 o'clock.

Just about to change to snubby tho ... this usually sits best about 3 o'clock ..... but ...... as someone said (Edward429451) ....Sure wish they'd standardize the belt loop placement on pants. Oh yeah .. do I agree on that!! One reason I may switch to a paddle for snubby too ... never quite sits where i want it.

I am a mess. I already hated having lots of junk in my pockets and find myself carrying more and more stuff. I need a man purse but I can't bring myself to do it. I need to commit to a system. I can't get used to moving my wallet or car keys to the port side. Bat utility belt here I come!

the cell phone is definately a problem. I usually wear a suit and put it in my inside jacket pocket. One more thing on thebelt and I will be batman :D

With phones getting smaller and smaller, I'm surprised someone hasn't come out iwth a nice little ankle rig...most all of the phones today have a vibrate mode and they would be very unobtrusive down there...a phone/mag carrier would be even sweeter...chance are if you are on to your second mag you are ducked down anyway....

Palm Pilot, pen, pencil, passport, and Zippo in Liberty Pouch @ 9:30. Smokes in LF pocket. Everything else (including cape, and mask with funny ears) in slingpack... :what:

Change in left rear pocket to make room for P-32 in left front. Only change so far, as I've yet to use anything larger in anything other than belly-band. IWB will promote changes, though, I'm sure.

Nope. I carried a gun long before I carried a cell phone or pager.

Everything has pretty much stayed the same for me since pre-chl days I kept everything in my pockets. Although, instead of a leatherman I carry a spare mag now.
