I have a very nice Winchester model 94 .30-.30. I will have to take a look and post the serial number to date the thing. I am guessing it is from the 50-60's. Anyway, the mag tube is canted to the side. It is like it was twisted or rotated. The barrel is straight, but when you look at the gun from the front, instead of looking like the number "8", with the barrel on top and the mag tube on bottom, the tube appears to be shifted to the side. How can I fix this, or should I just leave it "as is"? How common is this?

Hi,these things happen.if nothing is broken than grab the tube and rotate it back into place.
Tighten the screw in the front band and the screw in the front on the mag tube.this should hold it in place.
Check the rest of the screws also in the forend.if the mag band is missing or broken the tube will move side to side.
If you have any problems, let me know.
