Will my Turk 8mm ammo stripper clips work in my Yugo M48?

I will know once the Yugo arrives but I was wondering if the stripper clips are good for all Mausers or just for the Turkish ones. I bought a case of Turk 8mm ammo (1400) and it comes on stripper clips and bandoliers.

They will work just fine. Every mauser 98 I've seen has the same sized clip slot. The clips will not work in an '03 springfield or 96 mauser though.

Has anyone found a use for those stripper clips or bandoliers yet? I've got drawers full of them, there has to be some use.

Sell the bandoleers and strippers at the gunshow for $1-2 per bandoleer (with the proper number of stripper clips). Somebody will buy'em.

If you don't want the stripper clips, contact your local Highpower Competition Club. They will work on any cartridge with the 8mm case head size, such as 6.5 Rem, .243, .270, .280, 7mm-08, .308, .30-06. Bolt action match rifle shooters use stripper clips in the rapid-fire stages.
