Rising sentiment on the blog world is a severe bit of shock and unhappiness and vows to vote against Diane Feinstein for "breaking a promise" and not offering SA 4075, which would remove the automatic "escalator" on H-1B foreign worker visas. (People say it's certainly not needed now, no shortage of tech workers looking for work).

Could it be that with this labor backstab to her base and constituency, we could finally be rid of her when the votes come around? We can hope!

Feinstein and Schumer out of office would pretty much eliminate the danger of a renewed AWB, IMO. That whole issue was her singleminded obsession.

too many socialists in CA for feinstein to ever get the boot. Part of the problem in CA (former CA resident here) is that the republican party insists on running bible nazi's for candidate against her, and unlike the south or midwest, that doesn't fly at all with the moderates or socialists in CA.

Result: Feinstein has a secure life time appointment to wreck her socialist crap on the rest of us.
