Fighting to win: Killing the 94 Ban

I took it upon myself to invite a cowoker shooting this weekend, he's a good and productive guy who's living in MA right now but planning on moving to NH, and took to it retty readily.

He had a great time shooting my CZ 75 and AR-15, and I made sure to take pictures of him doing so:evil: so now he's married to those evil guns and has to support RKBA, at least if he wants to remain consistent.

Overall, it was not that effort or cost intensive, taking someone shooting and letting them have a good time, so why aren't we doing it more often?

It might not seem like much, but if we all put in effort like this, taking a fense sitter a week shooting, imagine what we could accomplish as far as RKBA is concerned. What are you going to do today to further RKBA, or this week?

Set a bunch of goals for yourself, and write them down. Than all you have to do is follow through on it. We can whine forever about Congress or Bush, or even the Democrats, but we're being reactive at that point, looking outside for the solutions to our problems, when we should be looking within ourselves for the solutions.

Socialists are famous for pointing their finger at others, expecting them to do things to fix the problem, rather than taking actions themselves. We must rid ourselves of this habit if we are to be effective, and ultimately, victorious.

Exactly.

The only leftist I know lives at least 1,000 miles away. If she ever visits, I'll take her to the range.

I introduced lots of people to shooting when I lived in the People's Republic of California, but now that I've returned to the United States, there are an awful lot fewer leftist extremists around me.

Go ahead: ask me how much I miss them.

I know what you mean about being surrounded by Leftists, and now being able to breathe. I used to live in the PRNJ, and worked in NYC. Just try to discuss the topic of guns rationally with a bunch of New York City residents - it is impossible. I used to get looks from co-workers like I was the one responsible for all of the crime in the region, simply because I supported the RKBA. Now, in Texas, my co-workers all have CHLs and go shooting (at the same range, which belongs to a client).

It is just a tad different!
