A friend of mine is looking for a .45 USP and wants to know the difference between the different models. Here is what I know, is it true?
1. The tactical model has an extended threaded barrel and is generally more accurate than the standard model.
2. The expert model has an extended barrel with the extended slide and a tuned trigger. This one is also the most accurate.
Am I right with my conclusions, is there anything else I should know about these models?

Tactical, Expert, and Elite are all basically the same guns and vary only in barrel length and muzzle shapes and the Tactical does have a threaded muzzle.
The Tactical was designed for Police Departments or Military Organizations that wanted the MK23 SOCOM pistol but felt it a bit too expensive for their budget.
I wouldn't call a basic USP .45 an inherently inaccurate pistol either.
