Tuesday May 23, I got a call from the owner of the gunshop/shooting range I frequent asking about the layaway, a nickled Colt Police Positive Special with a 2 1/2" barrel (see patterning shotgun thread) and was I going to put any more money on it. I told him I was in that Saturday before and the young lady (office worker who will remain nameless) took more of my money for it.
He looks a little farther on his very crowded desk ( I imagine) and say yes, yes I see. OK but are you sure you want that revolver???:scrutiny: . To that I said an affirmative. He said one of the resident Rampant Colt Fanatics found out about it and was fit to bust because he did not get first crack at it:rolleyes: Oh well, :evil:
