Since the issue has come up in recent posts (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20238) , I thought I'd post an article from an Olympic shooter / coaches perspective. It's a little "sports-psych" ish, but air and SB shooters at this level are some serious shooting motor scooters.

Link to article.. (http://www.centershot.com/exploring/Articles/dryfiretng.htm)

Cheap, convienient, practical, and needed. And you don't have to clean the firearm when you're done!
