Since the issue has come up in recent posts (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20238) , I thought I'd post an article from an Olympic shooter / coaches perspective. It's a little "sports-psych" ish, but air and SB shooters at this level are some serious shooting motor scooters.
