I have a savage gun, 12guage over a 308win. I have determined it to be a 2400. I am trying to find out more information about this gun or maybe its worth. So far all I have found is that it may have been made by a company called valmet, or associated with them in some form, and that it may also be called 333t trap. But that seems to be all can find, any information would be great thanks.

12 ga. over .308 or .223. made by Valmet, imported for and sold by Savage. Savage also sold model #330,#333T and #333 shotguns made by Valmet.

They only imported them for a few years, 75-80 I think. I used to think Valmet was a Swedish or Finnish gun maker, but recently was told it comes from Italy. Don't know for sure.

In very good shape , should be worth $500-$600. Depends on what part of the country you live in.
