APS trouble?

I can't seem to get logged in on APS. I put the info in, and it flips to the "logged in successfully" page, but then when it flips back to the home page it says I'm not logged in. What might be wrong?

Try refreshing the page when you go back to the main page and see it shows you logged in then.
