G17 v. G30 grip size (width)

I have a G17 and would like to know how the G30 grip size compares to it. Is it the same or is it thicker? Thanks.

It's a good bit thicker. I didn't like it. I also found the 36 to be too thin.

Glock 17 = 1.18 inches
Glock 30 = 1.27 inches

Plus, the 30 is longer through the grip to accommodate the longer .45 cartridge.
