there wouldnt happen to be any match type barrels for a remington m-700 7mm mag would there

I would think there would be. There are the custom gunsmiths who make match grade hunting rifles. I am going to assume that it is going to cost a lot of money to do it though. There is a guy in Tucson Az who makes these rifles, I dont know his name, but I heard that he does good work.
edited: David Miller is his name. I dont know if he could make your 7 mag a barrel though.

Yes it can be done easily. You'll need a 7mm barrel of the appropriate contour and a riflesmith to cut the chamber and install the barrel.
The barrel is the easy part, finding a riflesmith is a different issue.
I'm partial to Shilen Barrels http://www.shilen.com/ but I grew up and used to lived a stones throw away from them.

Shilen also did the 'smith work on changing the barrels. They probably still do.
