Automatic PMs from mods?

I was just wondering something about the PMs I have gotten from the mods here. I got PMs saying that I was cussing and was included with exactly what I said which was considered cussing. No big deal there, but then I got another from a completly different mod and the PM was like the exact same only had a different post of mine. Are these PMs automaticly sent or is it really the mods doing it and the 2 PMs were purly coincidental?

There is no automated function. When you get a PM from a staff member about your online conduct you should heed what it says if you''d like to continue to be a member. Since you got one about the same subject on two different threads I suggest you really sit down and think long and hard about why you want to be a member here and exactly what you are contributing.

Well, it was just that I didn't think the words I used were considered cussing. They were PG rated words.

....They were PG rated words.
I'm gonna stick with your movie analogy here of "PG rated words." One of the reasons a movie gets rated PG is due to the swear words. Yes, "PG rated words" are swear words....

Yeah, I guess you're right. Lesson learned. I just have to be more careful about the way I word things. It's nice to see that this site is well regulated and kept G rated. Might be a good shooting site for my little brother to start off with when he starts using my laptop more often. :)
