Full underlug to half underlug conversion

OK - I have a Ruger revolver with a full underlug. I want the underlug professionally trimmed back to my specs.

Who/which gunsmith out there can do this for me without me worrying about what I'll get back?

I know that most gunsmith can prolly do it......But what big names come to mind that can do this for me???

I did it once with a bench grinder and a bucket of water. Check with Mark Hartshorne in Kempton Pa at Pinnacle High performance. He does a nice job. He can be found on Moonclips.com.
