Do you shoot 80s touching the lands in your AR?

Im first starting to try 80 grn. SMKs, for 600yd slowfire in Service rifle matches, and was wondering if any of you load them out to touch the lands, or do you back them off a bit? Thanks Guys-

My accuracy suffers when I set the 80s to touch the lands. They shoot best from my White Oak when set at .010 to .020 off the lands.
