I have no info on this so take it with several salt blocks (the big ones down at the feed store), but my thought when you posted that question is that the photo probably leaked out of North Korea in the last couple of weeks.

<appropriate caveat snipped>...the photo probably leaked out of North Korea in the last couple of weeksI thought something similar (even though more like 40 years ago), but then took a close look (magnifier in a photo viewer) at the guy in the passenger seat & the guy on the outside of the driver (far right of the image). Neither looks of oriental decent; both look more caucasian.

But then, I'd recommend just as much salt when reading my interpretation.

Interesting system though. The Mini Moke cheep driver can remain in position enjoying at least alittle offset clearance from the muzzles while the bazooka and or MG are employed to forward, and they can both be employed in any 180 degree arc. I'd wager both outriggers can be detached and emloyed in a static position while the cheep remains mobile with all it's available carry space.
