I just aquired a used S&W 4506-1 that has the adjustable sights that are in pretty bad shape. Blade is bent as if it has been knocked into something. and the dots are gone. Where does one find parts to replace the blade or the entire sight. Or does anyone know the part # of this sight so I can look it up that way?

Schematics/Parts List (http://www.e-gunparts.com/productschem.asp?chrMasterModel=1980z4506-1)

That should help. Part #46 is the sight base, Part #48 is the sight body.

Go to Brownell's web site and look under factory parts. There will be a scematic with part numbers for you pistol there. Here's the link.
