I need (2) comp l's , (2) comp ll's and (2 )comp lll's. I need the comps 1's for an sp101, does anybody know if the J'frame adaptable ones will work? Brownells in out of the comp 111's for the gp100.

Check www.midwayusa.com
And the J-frame Comp Is work just fine with the SP101s.

Good source that is.
I do suggest tho consider a Comp II - tho Comp I is slightly smaller I have found Comp II to be better in all respects and the size increase is of little consequence IMO.
Comp III with spring assist is superb but way bigger for carry.

Cheaper Than Dirt and Sportsman's Guide both have Comp I's and Comp II's. You'll have to look to see if they have the specific ones you want. Do a "Froogle" seach as well. Lot's of on-line police supply stores have them.
Check the discount box at your local gun stores as well. I picked up some Comp II's for $5 apiece at one store and for $1 each at another store. Out of four or five, only one doesn't work right and was trashed. Bring some .38 Special dummy rounds/snapcaps with you and you can even check that they work in the store. Just ask if you can use one of their display guns to check the loaders with the dummy rounds first so you don't freak them out.
