Does anyone know of anyone who:
1.) Bought one of these?????
2.) Actually hunted with one????
3.) Hunted with one in a duck/goose hunting situation???

Second hand reports.
Good shotguns. They feel reallly loose when open but that's deliberate. They lock up fine.

No problem with the stainless gun in the duck / goose blind flairing birds?

Waterfowl hunting and “shinny” do not mix. 20 plus years of duck hunting has proven this to me many times. Coffee cups, cooler lids, thermos bottles, out boards, etc etc etc. I think even the glare of a new bluing on a shotgun can spook/flare birds, I’ve seen it many times. It can’t be nearly as bad as a stainless… thus all the flat and camo finishes you see on the market. I swear by my full camo 12ga and everything we take into the swamp is either camo, or a flat green/tan/black. When the hunting gets tough, most anything can flare the birds. Why chance it.
If you have to use one, keep it down and hidden until the last min when you raise up to shoot. Or throw some removable camo tape on it…

Just so everyone knows. I am not going to buy one, and I have no interest too either. I was just wondering if anyone had. And if it flaired birds.
I think stainless is ridiculous in the duck blind, you might has well use blaze orange.

The stainless isn't super shiny, but it's not like Ruger's Target Gray either. Target Gray would be a great low-reflectivity surface. A polished blue gun might actually be worse than the Ruger stainless shotgun -- polished blue barrels look like strobe lights when the sun pops out in the morning!
These guys will do the camo of your choice to any gun for $175. http://www.bellandcarlson.com/ That, over stainless, would make a helluva good harsh-conditions gun.
Or you could just buy eight or ten pump guns with the money, and when they rust too badly, toss them in the trash.:D
