Replacement sights for Ruger autos?

I recently inherited a Ruger P97. looks like it will be a decent knock-around gun, but I hate that rear sight. I don't want to go so far as to put Mepros on it or anything, but are there any decent rear-sight replacements out there? Something with a little better profile so it won't snag?
