Uhh...

Okay, either the pic can't be flipped, because you'd see the AK bolt on the wrong side, so it's a bottom ejecting shotty, like an Ithaca, and couldn't possibly function with a magazine in it.

That should be just good enough for Hollywood :-)

Let's hope he's got one of those fancy recoil-reducing widgets on that shotgun, or he's going to have a sore wrist!

Boomstick, shotty, and tacticool, that's three strikes in almost as many posts, I'm calling myself out...:)

Something tells me that's not a Valtro http://world.guns.ru/shotgun/sh25-e.htm

Is that I finger tip I see in the trigger guard?

Also, why is there a sling loop in the bottom of the shotgun’s pistol grip? Is it supposed to be a folding stock (like an AR-180?)

Also again, why is the front sight so wide and high?

…so it's a bottom ejecting shotty, like an Ithaca, and couldn't possibly function with a magazine in it.I know! It is the “modern boomstick”, so it fires CASELESS ammo and does not need an ejection port!!!!! And it has both tube AND box magazines so you can load different ammo in each and select between the two!!! Like exploding slug grenades in the tube and magnum tungsten buckshot in the box!!! That's MODERN!!!

If it was a Valtro, there'd still be an ejection port on the right side of the reciever, so unless it's an uber-rare left-handed AK AND the photo is flipped, there's no way that mag could function.

I thought for a split second it could be a Knoxx conversion, but that goes into the magazine tube itself.

It is either a left handed 870 or an ithaca 37 with a coffin mag for a rifle jammed into the loading port.

an ithaca 37

Yeah, it's an Ithaca M37 with a bunch of tacticool bling added on.

Note the mag cap and the yoke behind it, both standard M37 stuff. Note the receiver. You can see the large upper carrier pivot screw and the smaller end of the trigger plate retaining screw underneath it.

Compare to this slightly less decked out M37:
