Was out shooting with the wife today when I noticed the right side of the take down pin was walking out. Looked on the left side, freakin' @#^%$, the take down lever snapped.

I bought it used about three years ago. No idea how many rounds went through it before I got it. It did have some decent wear but shot great. Still does. First year I had it I started to get some FTE's. No biggie. Changed out the extractor and I was good to go.

Last year the trigger bar spring broke. Again, no biggie. New spring, back in action. This year the take down lever broke. In the three years that I've owned this pistol I have probably put at least 3-4k rounds through it. It sees a lot of use. Shoot any gun long enough and you'll break something. Couple of years ago I broke the locking block in my 15 year old Beretta 92FS. Last year I had a S&W 6906 go down. Crap happens.

Call them NOW and they'll probably drop one in the mail today. MIght want to go ahead and get a new recoil spring too.

I have not seen this on a Sig but have seen it several times on other pistols. Things break, it happens.
