Hello Everyone,

On another thread I am running on this board a gentleman suggested that he had read an article that suggested it was easy to convert FAL magazines to function reliably in the Savage Scout rifle.

Look as I might I have been unable to find any references to this on the Internet.

Can anyone shed some light on this conversion or give me the source of this article?

I think I found somewhere that he is refering to a metric mag but I could be wrong.

I would like to have a 20 rounder but I've become so used to single loading that I seldom use any mag capacity although if I didn't have a spare standard mag I would have already tried a conversion.

If you make one I would be interested in the outcome.
